Q: How do I get to your warehouse?
A: Northland Pallet, Inc. is located 15 minutes north of the Twin Cities.

• Take 35E north to County Road 14
• Turn right (heading east) on County Road 14 to Highway 61
• Turn right (heading south) on Highway 61 to 140th Street
• Turn right (heading west) on 140th Street to Fenway Boulevard North
• Turn left (heading south) on Fenway Boulevard North to our warehouse at 13285 Fenway Boulevard North

Q: When are you open?
A: Our business hours are from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm CST. Customers can reach us via phone (651-426-9405) 24 hours a day, 7 days per week (including holidays).

Q: How long will it take to get my pallets?
A: Most orders are delivered within 24 hours.

Q: If I have pallets to be picked up, how long will it take you to get them?
A: Most pickups are completed within 24 hours.

Q: Do you have any inventory, or are all pallets made to order?
A: Northland Pallet, Inc. maintains a large inventory to ensure customer orders are met on a timely basis.

Q: Can you deliver to my area?
A: We deliver to all of Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Net 10 days.
